To Eric and Beth Millis, the taste of freedom seems so close. All they need is the courage to embrace it. A perfect storm of events and emotions push them over the edge, compelling them to take a bold, impulsive leap into the real world. Discovering their 6-year old sister, Mandie, has “tagged along,” things go sideways.
As reality slowly morphs into fantasy, they’re thrust into an impossible situation. It takes the innocence and love of a child to set them free.
